We are called to be apostles. Christ gave us the command; "Go into the whole world
and proclaim the good news to the whole creation." (MK 16:15)
Obedience to this command is the heart of the Legion. We are called to evangelize as individuals to our friends and family, primarily by our example. In addition to evangelizing as individuals, the Legion offers organized evangelization, We are apostles, sent by our pastors out to bring the good news to people. We are part of the Body of Christ. We act for Him. People can accomplish great things when they organize. The Legion is an organization that provides opportunities for evangelization that are not available to an individual. We seek to interact with people, to listen to them, to talk to them, and to be of service to them. Our approach is love. When we love people, we bring Jesus to them. |
